Orphan Grain Project

Mission Statement:
Orphan Grain Project- food for today, hope for tomorrow.

We are bringing help and hope through partnerships with the people in the interior by bringing about local economic development and creating an environment where more crops are planted and harvested through improved farming techniques. And creating a way for Liberians to be self-sufficient in generating an income. This will provide the villages with an adequate food source, while allowing the surplus to be sold at market, creating economic growth, which in turn helps them overcome poverty and improve the well-being of children. Along with providing quality education to children who would otherwise not have access to schooling, this project will also help improve these children’s options for tomorrow. Common diseases and disabilities due to malnourishment become addressed as well.
