Liberian Literacy Program

Mission: Provide opportunities for families to enroll their children in school regardless of their ability to pay in exchange for participation through volunteerism at their child’s school through a scholarship.

The Liberian Literacy Program strives first and foremost to build relationship with the Liberian people. We are not striving to build a huge program, put children into schools, and say we are helping. We want to know our families and children. We want to walk alongside Liberia’s kids (W.A.L.K.) to help change their future. Our team at LLP (Liberian Literacy Program) believes that by and through relationship is where real change will occur. The need is great and we should be advocating for the children whose future is very uncertain.
